Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

I'm working with a prestigious firm that is seeking to recruit a BD & Marketing Coordinator within their Real Estate groups: Residential Property, Rural Land & Business, Construction, Planning, and Property Litigation.

This exciting new role offers the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the commercial real estate, private wealth, and disputes sectors. The BD & Marketing Coordinator will support the BD & Marketing Manager in elevating team profiles, identifying and cultivating target clients, assisting in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, and pitching to win and retain business.

This position is an excellent next step for an assistant with experience in a professional services firm focused on real estate. The role holder will work closely with the BD & Marketing Manager, receiving mentorship and support to further develop their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the BD & Marketing Manager in reviewing and updating BD plans and budgets.
- Take ownership of team sub-groups and assist in driving their BD strategy.
- Support the BD & Marketing Manager in developing, designing, and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage and draft internal communications regarding new BD initiatives and promote team efforts.
- Assist the BD & Marketing Manager with client pitches.
- Work closely with specified groups to compile and submit entries for Chambers, Legal 500, and Spear's.

About You:
- You have experience in business development and marketing within a professional services firm.
- You possess strong communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal clients, colleagues, and external suppliers and consultants.
- You have excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Experience using Vuture is desirable.
