A leading London law firm who primarily deals with clients from the real estate and private wealth sectors are looking for a Business Development and Marketing assistant to join their commercial real estate team. In this role you will be working to raise the team's profile, assist on multi-channel marketing campaigns and develop your skills across the full marketing mix. This is a great opportunity to explore new ideas and to be involved in challenging and interesting work.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact for all collateral, branded materials, and other associated marketing matters.
  • Conduct market research into target markets around exciting campaigns/initiatives and provide new ideas on formats and delivery.
  • Help manage the firms programme of client seminars, conferences and client events whilst working closely to the senior Events Executive.
  • You will update the firm wide event calendar adding commercial real estate entries for awards ceremonies etc.
  • Produce marketing credentials, deal sheets and briefing notes ensuring that they are communicated to relevant audiences and available on-line and brand compliant.
  • Update the website and ensure all the firms web content Is brand compliant and manage/coordinate content for the firms' blog.
  • Develop engaging content for the firm's social media pages and manage the design process for small initiatives with internal and external design support.
  • Assist in the creation of pitch documents and credentials.

About You

  • You will have experience working in a professional services marketing team
  • You will have knowledge of InDesign
  • You will have knowledge and experience in using a CMS
  • You will have excellent administration skills and good attention to detail
  • You will be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
