Business Development Senior Specialist - Europe (London)
On behalf of a leading international law firm

I'm working with a highly regarded global law firm to recruit a Business Development Senior Specialist to join their London office. This is a key role supporting the firm's European business development efforts across London, Brussels, and Madrid.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and lawyers to deliver on a broad range of BD and marketing initiatives, including pitch support, legal directory submissions, events, market research, and client development projects. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Applicants should bring prior experience in a business development or marketing role-ideally within a law firm or professional services environment-and be confident using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
