Business Development Manager - Banking & Finance (Energy)

The Role: Business Development Manager
- Develop and implement business plans and budgets for designated departments, practices, and industry groups.
- Collaborate with firm leaders and practice heads to drive strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Support assigned teams in responding to RFPs, pitches, and presentations.
- Develop thought leadership and marketing campaigns to enhance the firm's profile.
- Provide reports on client markets, trends, and developments.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Demonstrated success in marketing, management, or communications-related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Self-starter mentality with a high level of initiative.
- Experience in a Business Development role within Professional Services.
- Some experience with operational budget management is desirable.
