BD & Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

I'm currently working with a top 100 law firm in their search for a Business Development & Marketing Executive in their Commercial Real Estate practice group. This is a great role to provide good career development as you will work closely with the BD & Marketing Manager alongside having autonomy in the role.

There is scope to apply fresh thinking and new B2B marketing trends from both within and outside of the legal sector and you will be encouraged and supported to develop your professional skillset.

Key Responsbilities

• Work with selected partners (with the BD & Marketing Manager) to develop individual sales pipelines of key clients, targets and referral contacts.
• Develop cross-channel marketing campaigns aligned to the sector groups, with support of the BDM, digital team and graphic designers.
• Manage and draft internal comms around new BD initiatives and communicate the work of the CRE team.
• Manage and support on major client pitches; research, collate and produce pitch documents and proposals with input from Partners.
• Help partners prepare for pitches, BD meetings and other presentations.

About You

• A minimum of four years' experience of business development and marketing within a professional services firm (ideally a law firm) and with experience of or a genuine interest in the real estate sector.
• Developed communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise effectively with internal clients and colleagues and external suppliers and consultants
• Good attention to detail. Accurate and thorough.
• Ability to plan and deliver a pitch or client proposal, producing an accurate first draft.
