You'll lead audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, including entrepreneurial businesses, large private companies, and some listed entities across a variety of sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied client portfolio across sectors such as property, technology, manufacturing, and professional services
• Review audit files and financial statements, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and identifying opportunities for added value
• Coach, mentor, and support audit teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive
• Drive efficiency and innovation in audit processes, leveraging technology and best practices
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals and networking to grow the audit offering

What We're Looking For

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
• Proven track record managing a large portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Exposure to listed clients would be advantageous, but not essential
