You'll lead audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, including entrepreneurial businesses, large private companies, and some listed entities across a variety of sectors. This role offers the chance to shape the future of the audit function, mentor talented teams, and work closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied client portfolio across sectors such as property, technology, manufacturing, and professional services
- Review audit files and financial statements, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and identifying opportunities for added value
- Coach, mentor, and support audit teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive
- Drive efficiency and innovation in audit processes, leveraging technology and best practices
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals and networking to grow the audit offering
What We're Looking For
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven track record managing a large portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
- Exposure to listed clients would be advantageous, but not essential
