This well-regarded independent firm, who are looking for an audit senior to join the team. They understand what auditors want, and will help you in your career to develop, progress, and get the opportunities you're looking for. You will also be on an ultra-flexible work scheme of 3 days in the office every 10 working days! They also have a focus on work life balance, with core hours, and flexibility if people need.

This supportive business will have you working a split role of 60% audit and 40% accounts and tax work, with a focus on a variety of small to medium sized clients.

The Role
This supportive business will have you working a split role of 60% audit and 40% accounts and tax work.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working on audit engagements (60%)
• Accounts and tax work (40%)
• Coaching junior members of staff when needed
• Client liaison work
• Delivering quality work to a varied client base of small to medium sized clients

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) Qualification
• Experience planning and leading audits
• Experience with UK GAAP/FRS 102
