Audit FS Associate
Are you looking to advance your career in audit within the Financial Services sector? We are seeking an Audit FS Associate to join a progressive team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing high-quality audit services and gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits using a tailored risk-based approach.
• Serve as an assistant or intermediary on larger client audits, completing relevant sections of the audit file.
• Lead smaller client audits, from planning to completion, including drafting financial statements and management letters.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to junior audit team members.
• Communicate regularly with audit seniors and make recommendations to improve clients' accounting systems and controls.
• Appraise junior team members after job completion.
• Work both in the office and at client premises, with occasional overnight stays, and the possibility of working from home as agreed.

Person Specification:

• ACA or ACCA studier with no more than 2 fails
• UK audit experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Work-Based Competencies:

• Experience leading small audits from planning to completion.
• Experience supervising junior team members.
• Currently studying towards ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools.
