Are you an experienced audit manager with a passion and background in financial services (AWM)? We're working with a highly regarded mid-tier firm that's looking to expand its specialist audit team. The Role:
As an Audit Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality audit services to a diverse portfolio of regulated financial services clients. These include asset managers, investment funds, brokerages, and fintech firms. You'll oversee the full audit cycle, from planning through to completion, while also playing a key role in developing junior staff and driving innovation in audit processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across the financial services sector.
• Provide strategic oversight and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Review audit work and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support the development of team members through coaching, training, and mentoring.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape the future of the audit function.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or equivalent
• At least 5 years of audit experience, including the past 3 years in the UK.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and CASS regulations.
• Experience with audit software and data analysis tools.
