Audit Manager - Central London | Hybrid Working | £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Audit Manager looking for your next challenge in a growing, forward-thinking firm?
Ambition is working with a well-established accountancy firm in Central London that is expanding its audit team due to continued growth.

You'll work with a diverse client portfolio ranging from SMEs to AIM-listed companies across multiple sectors. The firm offers excellent flexibility, including hybrid working, and a supportive, sociable culture with regular team events.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Supervise and review audit teams' work, ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the audit process.
• Deliver clear audit findings and recommendations to clients.
• Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.

What We're Looking For

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing an audit portfolio in the UK.
• Experience auditing SMEs; exposure to AIM-listed clients is advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and ISAs.
• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)
