Ambition is working with a well-established and growing accountancy firm in Guildford that's looking to welcome an Audit Assistant Manager to its growing and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
• Support and mentor team members to help them grow
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency

What We're Looking For:

We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and identities. The ideal candidate will bring:

• ACA, ACCA, ICAS or equivalent qualified
• At least 2 years experience in audit within a UK accountancy firm
• Extensive exposure to UK GAAP
• Exposure to IFRS would be beneficial
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Right to work as sponsorship cannot be provided for this role
