Transfer Pricing Manager - Financial Services

Transfer Pricing Manager in an established Accountancy Practice!



The firm is looking for an established manager with experience within the financial services sector to join their small transfer pricing team to be based in London, Manchester or Peterborough.

Responsibilities and Duties



As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering transfer pricing advice and documentation.



Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


  • Collaborate with the transfer pricing director and tax partners to expand services in asset management and financial transactions.
  • Manage the delivery of transfer pricing solutions for asset management and financial transactions, including multi-territory projects.
  • Train, coach, and develop junior team members.
  • Assist with proposals, budgets, and developing new work streams for transfer pricing.
  • Build and maintain internal and external networks.
  • Lead the financial management of your portfolio.



Requirements



Candidates will need to have the appropriate qualifications (ACA/CTA/ADIT/law qualification) with significant experience operating as an AM/Manager.



Additional requirements include:


  • Broad practical experience in delivering transfer pricing solutions and international taxation.
  • Broad general international tax background; strong foundation in transfer pricing for asset managers and financial transactions.
  • Experience in developing and growing junior staff.
