Responsibilities and Duties

As a Transfer Pricing Director, you will be responsible for leading the day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality client work.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Develop strong client relationships and actively generate new business opportunities.
• Drive the successful execution of complex technical projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary specialists.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the firm, clients, and authorities.
• Build and sustain internal and external networks.
• Support team performance by supervising, mentoring, and coaching junior colleagues.
• Contribute to both the strategic and operational management of the team.

Requirements

Candidates will need to have proven experience in Transfer Pricing within practice across all areas of TP other than FS. Those with transactions and controversy TP work experience will be of interest also!

Additional requirements include:

• Skilled at managing relationships and aligning expectations across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement.
• Builds productive client partnerships and maintains a service mindset in all interactions.
• Capable of forming strong working relationships at all organisational levels.
