Responsibilities
As an Associate Director, you will:
- Lead on complex corporate tax advisory projects
- Manage and develop client relationships across a broad portfolio
- Collaborate with other service lines including M&A, Risk, and Digital Consulting
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to business development and thought leadership
- Ensure compliance with HMRC guidance and tax legislation
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Significant experience in corporate tax advisory within practice or industry
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
- Proven ability to manage people and projects
- A collaborative mindset and passion for developing others
- Experience with large corporate and international groups is highly desirable
