Nicky Acuña Ocaña has more than 25 years’ experience leading high-performing recruitment teams. As President for the Americas, UK, and Europe at Ambition, she leads a team of highly skilled recruitment consultants who are specialists in recruiting into business services functions within law firms, accountancy practices, and management consultancies.

A passionate advocate for Allyship, Belonging, and Inclusion (ABI), Nicky actively champions inclusive hiring and leadership practices. She regularly writes on topics including inclusive recruitment, leadership, career progression, and talent retention, and works closely with professional services clients to embed ABI, DEI, and ESG principles into their hiring strategies.

In recognition of her impact on the industry, Nicky has been featured in the SIA Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing.

Nicky is a regular speaker at client partnership and industry events, where she shares insight on attraction and retention strategies and building inclusive, future-focused talent policies.
