Trust Tax Manager
One of the leading and most successful award winning tax departments in London is looking to make a further hire into their Trusts & Estates team. The firm are highly regarded as an ambitious and forward thinking accountancy practice with a strong dynamic partnership group.
The role can cater either an experienced Manager or Senior Manager with the ability to advise clients across UK and offshore trust issues. The strong advisory element to the role will get you consulting with the core client base on various trust structures, IHT, CGT and trust and estate planning and non-domicile/residence planning.
Managers in this team are also expected to be able to handle compliance matters with respect of reviewing trust, estate and partnership tax returns as well as preparing IHT100 Entry, Exit and ten year forms and IHT 400 probate forms.
The candidates who will be strongly considered for this role are those that have extensive exposure to Trusts, have experience of Estates accounting and are either CTA and/or STEP qualified professionals.
You will also have a team of three beneath you and so those with good management and staff development skills will be very relevant to the role as will those that have the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
