An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join a market leading, global Property company based in the heart of central London, supporting one of their International teams, dealing with Mandarin speaking clients and investors.
You'll be working for an extremely successful and dynamic organisation, who recognise and reward hard work and talent.
This Mandarin speaking Team Assistant role will be busy and varied and will include diary management, client liaison, meeting and travel coordination and the preparation of a wide range of documents, from management information to client presentations.
To be successful in this Mandarin speaking Team Assistant role, you will need:
- To be fluent in Mandarin and English (reading, writing and speaking)
- Have at least 12 months experience in an administrative role
- Great IT skills - proficient user of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong work ethic and the ability to be a real team player
