Senior Revenue Specialist

Ambition is currently working with a Top 30 law firm who are recruiting for a proactive Senior Revenue Specialist (12 months Contract) to join their global 3E Implementation Project Team. The Senior Revenue Specialist will be involved in developing and standardising current processes to align with firm best practice. As a Senior Revenue Specialist, you will need to have strong knowledge of 3E and experience of complex billing practices including multi-jurisdictional and multi-currency billing. This international law firm is heavily invested in supporting their employees with a flexible benefits package including private healthcare.

As the Senior Revenue Specialist some of your responsibilities include:

• Revenue and billing lead for 3E implementation
• Responsible for owning the global Revenue stream acting as the project's subject matter expert
• Creation of training materials for Revenue 3E processes
• Input into the creation of user training guides for other staff
• Ensuring other Finance and Revenue staff are kept up to date throughout the project lifecycle
• Creation of user test scripts and subsequent 3E software testing
• Reviewing global Revenue practices (policies and procedures) to participate in challenging current process/policy within Finance workshops to help standardise future procedures
• Communicating with key finance stakeholders around policy/process review and change
• Responsible for owning the global Revenue function and liaising with key finance staff across a number of regions
• Providing solutions based on significant legal accounting experience
• Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Training of global Revenue function

To be successful in this Senior Revenue Specialist position, some of the requirements include:

• Significant years of experience working in a Senior Revenue role within the Legal industry
• Elite Enterprise and/or 3E experience is essential
• Knowledge of SAR is essential
• Experience of working within a finance practice management system implementation defining processes and executing test scripts would be ideal
• Design Gallery experience is ideal
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Attention to detail and good time management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Self-motivated and a team player
