Senior Restructuring Manager

Following an internal reorganisation, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restructuring professional to join one of the UKs largest business advisory firms in London. The purpose of the role is to provide senior leadership to the team undertaking business restructuring work and to take charge of planning, monitoring and reviewing all work prepared by more junior team members in the group.

Operating at the Senior Manager grade, you will be expected to lead and control the larger and more complex assignments across advisory, restructuring and formal insolvency appointments.

Predominately, you will be delivering on contingency planning engagements for creditors and debtor stakeholders, restructuring options analysis, cash flow forecasting, management and improvement strategies, AMA/Pre-pack Administration processes, IBRs and appraising financial and strategic analysis.

Aside from leading on certain aspects of the above engagements, you will also be expected to manage billings, WIP and cash collection, produce realistic budgets for agreement with Partner and client, originate and exploit marketing opportunities, monitor the progress of junior staff and be responsible for performance management.

Those that do well in this team tend to be driven and ambitious individuals that like working in a dynamic environment that can challenge and push you further. Promoting based on merit is fundamental to the success of the firm's restructuring department and there is the capacity for new joiners in this role to work their way towards Director and Partnership.

To be considered for the role you must be a qualified accountant and have experience working across the full spectrum of restructuring work from advisory projects to formal appointments in a managerial capacity.
