Senior Marketing Manager - Property

Ambition have partnered with one of the UK's most successful property advisors who are in search of a Senior Marketing Manager to join them on a permanent basis!

The role will be highly strategic and provide a strong influence to the growth of the business. Line management experience would be essential. The key sectors the firm operate in include: Retail, Public Sector and Housing. Experience within property would be ideal, but the general wider professional services will be considered (i.e. Accounting and Legal).

Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Directors, Partners and Senior Stakeholders to develop marketing strategy to generate maximum results;
• Oversee and manage the implentation of projects, campaigns and content to the highest standards;
• Manage 3rd party relationships including PR Agencies, Print companies and relevant associates;
• Monitor and track all marketing activity and return on investments;
• Manage the development of junior members of the business and delegating work in a confident manner.

This role will report into the Head of Marketing as well as Senior Stakeholders within the business. Experience with managing these relationships is imperative.
