Senior Insolvency Administrator - Hampshire
As Personal Insolvency Administrator you will be responsible for a caseload consisting primarily of Bankruptcies with a few IVAs.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Setting up new cases on IPS
-Day-to-day administration of cases from commencement through to closure
-Liaising wit stakeholders on a regular basis
-Identifying and recovering assets
-Dealing with the reconciliation of claims and calculation/payment of dividends
-Adhering to all statutory deadlines
-Drafting statutory reports and other documentation
-Dealing with closure procedures as and when necessary
Experience in managing personal cases through to closure is essential. Ideally, you will have at least 2 - 3 years' previous experience. The CPI qualification is desirable but not essential.
