Senior Events Coordinator

A leading global firm are seeking a Senior Events Coordinator to join their London based team where you will be working closely with the Senior Manager to manage every event for the firm. Within the role, you will be responsible for the end to end management of both internal and external events.

The successful Senior Events Coordinator will be involved in:

  • End to end management of both onsite and offsite events, this includes taking a brief, presenting ideas, guest list management and post event analysis
  • Working closely with key stakeholders in order to set event objectives, creating event ROI and reporting to stakeholders
  • Working closely with the internal creative team on the design and production of event collateral
  • Budget management of the events
  • Creating a rota for the onsite event support on a monthly basus

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Previous events experience within professional services
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Great attention to detail
