Senior E Billing Assistant
You will be experienced in e-billing already and enjoy and be passionate about this work.
You will work as part of a team and be a valued team member who with your experience, be able to suggest new ideas/processes.
The role involves you being really proactive and you need excellent communication and relationship building skills as you will frequently be liaising with the wider finance team, the wider business and clients including overseas.
You will have a detailed knowledge of the LEDES file structures.
Day to day duties will include:
Maintenance of the ebilling platforms
Compliance with VAT, SAR's, Anti Money Laundering
Setting up new clients
Dealing with queries
Maintaining rates and budgets
Sharing knowledge and training more junior staff
You will have had exposure to multiple ebilling systems and have advanced excel skills
This is a technical role so you will edited and manipulated Ebilling files.
