Senior Consultant - Healthcare Project Management

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced healthcare Project Manager to work for a global consultancy who partner closely with NHS trusts, social care and local council clients.

They team work on various different type projects which can include: transformation work, quality / cost improvement, leadership and governance development, implementing and enhancing financial / cost improvement processes and operational improvement.

They have had a real push in the last 12-18 months with their public sector clients and the pipeline of work is very stable and diverse which has meant that the Healthcare Advisory team is looking to scale up headcount to be able to deliver the work to a high standard.

The team is looking to bring in a Senior Consultant with experience working and leading on similar projects as listed above in a UK healthcare system - NHS/Social Care etc. Problem solving, presentation skills, pitching and project leading are all skills that will serve you well in this role.

Holding a degree is advantageous but not essential. It is much more about your ability to lead on transformation, cost reduction, operational quality and cost improvement projects whilst having the interpersonal skills to deliver change for the client in a pro-active and positive manner.
