Senior client relationship manager - TMT
We are have been assigned on an senior client relationship opportunity working for a leading international law firm, where you will be responsible for driving the client relationship across their TMT space. The role will be heavily centred around a core group of clients as apposed to working across the whole sector. The clients that you will be working with will be global firms so a previous experience of dealing with this type of client will be highly advantageous.
In terms of profile alongside the Legal sector we would be keen to engage individuals who have experience of operating in a client relationship capacity from outside of the Legal environment, in particular individuals from a management consultancy or big 4 background.
I have highlighted below a short summary of duties needed to be undertaken in the role;
*Work in tandem with senior relationship partners to implement client retention plans, whilst developing initiatives to further enhance potential revenues from existing and new clients to the business.
*Develop client relationship mechanisms to include central thought leadership campaigns to enhance the brand and levels of client engagement.
*Produce and coordinate client focused insight utilising internal and external research alongside knowledge gained from the client listening program.
*Implement and enhance best practice across the geographic regions in relation to CRM providing adhoc support and insight to fee earners across the business.
