Senior Business Development Manager - Real Estate

We are working on a really exciting senior management role to bring someone in to lead on their Real Estate business. To take on this role we will be looking for you to have prior experience of working in a Marketing or BD function either from industry or from another professional services firm covering the Real estate area. The role is also quite heavily weighted on someone being client and market facing and as such coordinating CRM work should be an area of real interest to an individual.
*Demonstrate prior experience of developing and implementing strategic BD & Client plans, tailored towards the specific requirements of the Real Estate group.
*Client relationship work, lead on developing the relationships with key external clients of the business adopting a key account management stance, you will also be expected to analyse potential new business opportunities within the market.
*Coaching partners and taking on the development of junior members of the team.
The role will report directly into the Head of client development and will also have line management of junior colleagues within the team.
We are also looking to continue the process for this role from a remote setting for the time being given the current external circumstances.
