Senior Business Development Manager - Real Estate
We are working on a really exciting senior management role with an innovate global law firm to bring someone in at Senior Manager to lead on their Real Estate business. This role would ideally suit someone with a passion for the sector and has experience leading a number of key projects and campaigns within the Real Estate world. We are open to individuals currently working in a BD capacity from across professional services however we will require someone to have had exposure to the RE area previously.
Attributes/experience to demonstrate;
*Demonstrate prior experience of developing and implementing strategic BD & Client plans, tailored towards the specific requirements of the Real Estate group.
*Client relationship work, lead on developing the relationships with key external clients of the business adopting a key account management stance, you will also be expected to analyse potential new business opportunities within the market.
*Marketing collateral & social media - You will be heavily involved in the output of marketing content for the Real Estate group, this will include more traditional methods + taking ownership of social & digital media feeds.
*Coaching partners and taking on the development of junior members of the team.
The role will report straight into the BD Director and play a pivotal role in the senior management team. The firm in question have a really collaborative and innovative culture and the ability for future progression within the firm is also there.
