Senior Business Development Manager - Insurance

Ambition are working on an International role at Senior BDM level which can be led out of either London or Amsterdam, the role will focusing on the firms Insurance practice group and will have the ability to lead the European team working across multiple locations. You will also be involved in working closely on global campaigns and projects alongside counterparts in the US.

The role will have the support of a BDM and an executive within the team so experience of line management would be advantageous to take on the post, however this isn't necessarily a pre-requisite to being considered.

Duties and technical aspects of the role will include, working alongside the centralised CRM team to develop and implement plans around their Insurance clients whilst also coordinating broader BD & Marketing initiatives and campaigns.

We would be looking for someone who is either operating at Senior BDM level currently or a BDM with several years' experience at management level who is ready to step up and lead a sector and take on man management of a BDM.
