Senior Business Development Manager - Corporate

We are working with a global law firm who are going through an exciting phase in development are looking to add to their BD team in London by bringing in an experienced business development professional to oversee their renowned corporate practice. You will be working in a truely global capacity leading the firms European offering and working closely on global projects with counterparts based in the US.

As the main point of contact for this area of the business you will be working on raising the firm's profile, this will include you working closely with the partners based in London, the role will report directly into the BD Director giving you great scope to develop and implement BD strategy. Amongst the strategy piece you will also have line management of a team of Executives and Senior Executives, prior experience of people management is not essential but you will need to show an enthusiasm for developing people's careers.

I think this role could appeal to a current Senior BDM who wants to lead a flagship area of a global firm or an experienced BDM seeking to take the next step up. Previous Legal business development experience is preferred.

Despite the ongoing situation regarding Covid-19 this is a pivotal role for the firm to hire and we will be proceeding with virtual interviews during this period.
