Senior Business Development Manager

This leading international law firm are looking for an ambitious individual to join their London office as a Senior Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for leading their a number of their practice areas working with around 30 UK partners. A main facet of the role will be working with individual partners on profile raising and providing broader strategic guidance to the practice areas as a whole.

This will be an ideal opportunity for someone keen to make the step up into a Senior management post for the first time, you will not need to have extensive line management experience however you will need to demonstrate the ability to deliver on strategic BD goals and be adept at building partner relationships.

Key requirements include:

• Previous BD manager experience within a professional services environment
• Strong project management skills
• Strong business acumen and a genuine interest in getting to the heart of clients is essential.
