A leading Real Estate business is looking to hire a Senior Bid Designer to join the Design team that sits within the Marketing function. This is a permanent position and will be based in their central London office.

The Senior Bid Designer will not only be accountable for the delivery of bid collateral in order to support winning new business but will also provide support to the Marketing function. You will be a talented Graphic Designer who has experience in creating bid materials and liaising with the bids function in order to ensure an efficient process.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact with the Bids and Marketing functions
• Produce bid documents and presentations for internal clients
• Create collateral such as; brochures, advertising, flyers, digital banners, presentations, invitations, and interactive PDF's
• Manage the process of outsourcing bid documents to suppliers
• Line managing junior members of the team on expansion
• Budget and cost responsibilities
• Act as a thought partner and consultant to the business
• Approach each project with a creative and open mind

The Senior Bid Designer should have:

• Extensive systems experience with a minimum of; Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and advanced Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Desirable - Acrobat, Animate, AfterEffects and Premiere
• Previous studio experience
• Corporate/Professional Services backgrounds
• Attention and accuracy to detail
• Able to work autonomously
• Innovative and enthusiastic
