Senior Associate - Corporate Simplification (Big 4)

Ambition are working with one of the Big 4 who are looking to bring in a Senior Associate to their Coporate Simplification team for the Midlands.

You would be assisting with a variety of assigments; namely Restructuring projects, Legal Entity Rationalisations and Solvent Liquidations.

Your day to day would include:

- Working on a caseload of LERs, Restructurings and Solvent Liquidations.

- Ensuring the completion of all compliance matters for various projects.

- Analysing Company history, investigating information and undertaking research.

- Stakeholder management

Ideally you will have prior insolvency experience but being able to handle a portfolio is of utmost importance.
