Restructuring Manager - Birmingham

We are currently recruiting for a restructuring manager position at a global advisory firm in their Birmingham office. You would work on non-formal restructuring and advisory assessments in the region. In addition to this the role would include but not be limited to:

• IBRs, cash flow modelling, accelerated M&A, contingency planning, and pre-lending reviews.
• Provide guidance to the team and assist in their progression.

This role would suit an experienced restructuring professional looking for a varied new role, with the opportunity to manage junior members of the team.

You need to have a provent advisory background and hands on managerial experience. You need to also be a qualfied accountat i.e. ACCA / CA / ACA.
