Restructuring Manager and Associate Director - London

Ambition are working with one of their more established clients who are having a bit of a recruitment drive at the moment, given the anticipated work activity. The restructuring divison are looking for both a Restructuring Manager and Restructuring Associate Director to join their team in Central London.

Given the work flow, the engagements will be geared slightly more towards insolvency but you would also be doing advisory assignments including Independent Business Reviews, cash flow forecasting, contingency planning, options and more. The insolvency work includes Administrations, including Trading, pre-packs, Liquidations and Voluntary Arrangements.

As a Restructuring Manager or Restructuring Associate Director, you'll be working on a mix of larger and smaller engagements, which will keep your work challenging and offer you the opportunity to progress. Some of the projects handled by the business are very high calibre, and won based on their ability to remain confidential for clients and genuniely having a strong reputation. Over the next period, the business are looking to increase headcount in this area by 20% and there are a number of "success stories" with employees rising through the ranks to seniority.

On top of having the insolvency/restructuring experience expected at either the Manager or Associate Director grade, you need to be a qualified accountant. An insolvency qualification is desirable but not essential.
