Restructuring Manager

A Globally recognised organisation have a requirement in their Birmingham office for an Insolvency/Restructuring professional at the Manager grade.

As a Manager in the Corporate Restructuring team, you will be responsible for leading on large corporate assignments:- typically Administrations (Trading), Liquidations and Voluntary Arrangements and leading a team. There is also some advisory duty, as you will undertake cash flow work, forecast modelling and pre-insolvency work for clients.

Your day-to-day duties will typically consist of:

- Managing and leading on a corporate caseload

- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

- Get involved in the Business Development activities

- Supervise, develop and motivate junior members of staff

- Responsibility for deadlines and progression of projects at a high standard of delivery

To be considered, you do need to have at least 4/5 years' experience within corporate insolvency, you must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and ideally, have insolvency qualifications (CPI/JIEB) although not essential. This will suit someone who works well under pressure, thrives under challenging situations, has insolvency experience within a managerial capacity and extensive corporate insolvency (particularly Trading Administrations).
