Restructuring Manager

Ambition have been assigned on a role in Madrid for a global firm who are looking for a Restructuring Manager. The client base for this business is corporates, PE houses, Funds and Banks and the division is tasked with assisting with both insolvent and distressed projects.

You will be assisting Companies in financial distress with IBRs, financial models, cash flow forecasts and business plans. There will also be a focus on contingency planning, pre-crisis situations, out-of-court workouts and restructurings.

For consideration, you need to be able to show that you have already operated at a Managerial level, have at least 5 years' experience in Restructuring or Transaction Services. You need to have either an MBA or a qualified accountant.
