Restructuring Assistant Director - Manchester/Leeds

Ambition are sourcing a role with a large client who, due to work flow, are requiring an Assistant Director to join their team in either Manchester or Leeds.

Despite the reputation of the firm, the team isn't overbearing in size and as a Restructuring Assistant Director, you would be providing insolvency and advisory services. With the team structure, there is a path for you to progress your career quicker than usual.

The work would include:

- Accelerated Sales

- Independent Business Reviews

- Short Term Cash flows

- Corporate Insolvencies

- Due Dilligence

So this role will suit a restructuring professional who has expertise in both insolvency and advisory, however, it doesn't have to be in equal measure. Based on the structure of the department, there is opportunity to widen your experience getting involved in various projects including pensions, debt advisory, operational restructuring and others.

To be considered for the opportunity, you need have previous insolvency and restructuring experience at a Manager / Senior Manager level, with experience of leading and developing a team. JIEB qualification is helpul but an accountancy qualification is more preferred.
