A rare opportunity has arisen for a Head of Lettings Administration to join a market leading Real Estate business - this is a brand new position, created due to continued growth and development in the residential market so the scope to make this role your own is a reality.

This Head of Lettings Administration role will be based out of the West End, but will require frequent travel to sites across London. You'll me responsible for developing processes and policies, shaping best practice and training and mentoring a team.

This Head of Lettings role is a fantastic opportunity to take your extensive Lettings experience and be part of something really exciting - in this fast moving environment, no two days will be the same, but main areas of responsibility will include:

-Manage a team of Lettings Administrator, providing day to day advice and coaching
-Create a streamlined approach to Lettings Administration across all London locations
-Provide ongoing coaching and training to the team
-Take full ownership of compliance and auditing of Lettings processes
-Design and develop systems and procedures
-Lead monthly meetings with the team

To be successful in this Head of Lettings Administration role, you will need:

-Extensive background gained in Lettings (either as a negotiator or administrator) - at least 5 years as a minimum
-A highly self-motivated and driven attitude
-First class communication skills - able to influence, coach, engage and negotiate
-A strong passion for delivering service excellence, with fantastic attention to detail
-Strong IT skills
-Experience of designing and delivering policy, process and best practice
-Excellent people management skills
-Strong understanding of legislation and compliance surrounding Real Estate
-Used to working to deadlines and under pressure
