This Receptionist role is newly created so there is lots of scope to make an impact from the outset - you'll be working as part of a small and very friendly Office Services team, taking ownership for ensuring that the front of house and meeting room suites run flawlessly for an award-winning law firm.

As the first point of contact for all visitors, Partners and staff, you'll thrive in role that will be busy and varied. You'll be responsible for opening and preparing reception and the meeting rooms for the day ahead, meet and greet clients and visitors as they arrive and manage a busy switch board.

The Receptionist will also work closely with the marketing team to ensure client events run like clockwork as well as ensuring the wider Office Services team understand all the AV, room set up and catering requirements for their meetings each day.

You'll need to have a flexible and adaptable approach for this Receptionist position - the hours will work on rotational basis, between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday, so one week you'll work from 8am to 5pm and the following from 10am to 7pm.

In order to be successful in this Receptionist role, you'll need to have strong previous experience of working in a front of house position - if you've gained this experience in a legal or law firm environment that would be ideal, otherwise experience gained in a corporate Receptionist role, or a 5 * luxury hospitality environment would be considered.
