Pursuits Bid Manager

A leading financial services consultancy are seeking a driven Pursuits/ Bids Manager to join the London office. You will be working across all industries and will be ensuring the right strategy is put in place to best help the team execute pursuits in the most effective way.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the end to end pursuit process throughout a proposal life cycle
• Developing Pursuits strategy and putting this in place in order to increase win rates
• Working with the wider BD, marketing and client team in order to pull together the most enticing proposition.
• Reviewing and maintaining proposal documents.
• Responding to proposal queries and building relationships across the business.
• Deliver coaching and work with the stakeholders to ensuring the training is allocated to the correct areas.
• Coming up with new creative ways to deliver proposals

Requirements:

• Extensive bids/pursuits background
• Professional Services experience is essential
• Experience with proposal coaching and advising.
• Experience of managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven project management skills and able to deliver quality on time
• Can work effectively as part of a team
