Proposals & Pursuits Manager

A leading professional services consultancy is currently on the lookout for a driven Proposals / Pursuits / Bids Manager to join one of their UK offices. You will be working closely with some of the firms biggest key stakeholders within this role to support the priority areas.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the end to end pursuit process
• Reviewing and maintaining proposal documents.
• Working with the wider BD, marketing and client team in order to pull together the most enticing proposition.
• Responding to proposal queries and building relationships across the business.
• Deliver coaching and work with the stakeholders to ensuring the training is allocated to the correct areas.

What you will need:

• Experience delivering proposal management.
• Experience of proposal coaching and advising.
• Experience of managing diverse stakeholder groups.
