Private Equity Associate/VP

I am delighted to be working with a Private Equity investment adviser based in Central London who are in need of a Healthcare specialist to join their successful team at the Senior Associate up to Senior VP level. You will be joining a high-calibre team who have worked on investments across more than 80 countries worldwide. This is an opportunity to play a key-part in driving Healthcare investment processes from start to finish.

You would have the opportunity of working closely with the partners and principals on new investment opportunities. Furthermore, you would be a part of the execution and delivery of Private Equity investments within the Healthcare sector as well as being responsible for leading due diligence projects on prospective investments.

You could be the right person if you:
- have 4 - 7 years Private Equity experience
- specialise in the Healthcare sector (preferred but is not essential)
- are a highly experienced Transaction Services professional who has worked with a number of top end Private Equity clients, preferably within the Healthcare sector
- have 4 - 7 years' experience in an M&A environment from a bulge bracket or mid-market investment bank
