Operational Restructuring Manager/Senior Manager - Consultancy

Ambition are working with a leader in the Restructuring space, who are actively growing their Operational Restructuring offering in London. The team focuses on providing consultancy services to Corporate and Private Equity clients.

The focus of work is on restructuring, M&A and transformation and this division is growing at the Manager and Senior Manager level.

As part of the team, you would be doing pre-deal commercial and operations DD, restructuring, performance improvement, interim management and more. Your day-to-day may consist of but not be limited to:

• Company financial/operational and market analysis
• Modelling
• Due Diligence Reports
• Project or sub-team lead
• Strategy formulation
• Business Plan
• Presentation

In order to be considered for this role, you need to have clear project experience i.e. due diligence, turnaround, performance improvement. You will also at least 2 years' consulting experience with a top Consultancy; it is highly desirable if you have sector-agnostic experience.
