An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join this Private Equity firm on a permanent bases and support the team of 14 in all office management.

The role would suit an experienced Office Manager who is proactive, confident, and has a can do attitude, and enjoys a lot of variety to their role.

Duties required for this position are;

Taking responsibility for ensuring that the office runs efficiently
Management of onsite filing system and offsite archiving
Developing and implementing new administrative systems
Answer all incoming calls and assist all callers
Liaise with HR team to ensure that the new starter induction process runs smoothly
Manage office space and desk allocation
Maintain and develop office supplier's relationships
Take on the role of Health and Safety Officer
Manage meeting room diaries and bookings
Scheduling meetings
Organise all aspects of meetings

To be successful in the Office Manager role you will need;

Previous office-based clerical, secretarial or commercial work
Ability to interact at all levels
Team Player
Supervisory and people management skills
