Manager / Senior Manager - Transaction Services

An opportunity has arisen for a bright and experienced corporate finance senior manager/associate director to join a 17 strong Corporate Finance team. The team is a strong arm of a leading UK accountancy practice and they are looking to bolster up their Transaction Services expertise.

The team has worked on an array of successful transactions this year ranging on average between £2-20m in size including MBOs, Acquisitions, Debt & Equity Investments and Mergers, across a range of sectors.

This role will get you working on financial due diligence assignments, assisting businesses looking to raise finance and putting together financial models, valuations, as well as managing and mentoring junior members of the team. You can expect a varied role with the day to day duties and in addition to Transaction Support there will be the opportunity to get involved in some lead advisory work.

To be considered for the role, you must be ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally with a background in audit, strong commercial acumen and an appetite to progress your career within corporate finance. You will have had circa. 3-4 years' of experience within a transactions services environment and you need to be particularly strong in report writing.

The team is looking for somebody that they can consider a safe pair of hands, takes pride in their work and has a high level of attention to detail. An ambitious Manager would suit this role or an established Senior Manager looking to take the step up to an associate director level role.

The team has grown significantly over the last few years and has ambitious plans to continue to do so, with a healthy pipeline across and impressive transactions to date.
