M&A Vice President - Healthcare & Pharmaceutical

We have been instructed by one of the leading investment banks to help identify an experienced M&A Vice President for their healthcare and pharmaceutical banking team.

The team is headed up by a highly impressive Managing Director who is originating mid-market M&A deals ranging between £50m-£250m in size with some transactions that have a deal value close to £500m. Beneath this MD you have one other VP and a group of highly talented Associates and Analysts and so the remit is to now recruit a market leading investment banker with a track record in originating, executing and completing healthcare and pharmaceutical deals.

This team are considered one of the premier investment banks for healthcare deals and sit comfortably in the elite category of banks operating in this market.

Therefore, to be considered for the role, you must be able to boast a deal sheet full of healthcare transactions in which you have had extensive experience running the deal cycle from origination to completion. Those with experience leading on pharmaceutical deals will be strongly favoured for the role but more generalist healthcare bankers and M&A deal makers will also be considered.

Your academic achievement will need to be very strong and you will to have demonstrable experience operating as a VP or Director in an investment bank or top tier M&A boutique.
