M&A Senior Director

Ambition have partnered with a leading independent Corporate Finance M&A and Equity Capital Markets adviser based in London to assist in finding a Senior M&A Director to enter a new sector focus within the business. This team is headed up by three senior partners who specialise across indivudal sectors and are now looking to add on to their sector knowledge by bringing in an individual with a wealth of M&A experience specialising in specific sector.

The current team work on a wide range of transactions including; sell-side M&A, capital raising, debt financing and asset management. The majority of deals come within the small to mid-market space with the sweet spot ranging from 2m - 50m.

In order to be suitable for this position, you will have to have a strong reputation within a specific sector and have a proven track-record of originating deals and leading a team. The firm are open to those who specialise in sectors such as: TMT, Healthcare, Consumer, Retail, Business Services, Financial Services and more.

This is an opportunity where you will be remunerated for every deal that you are able to originate, with no clawbacks. It will be vital for you to have a good network and are willing to come into a fast-paced and rapidly growing Corporate Finance house with the scope to build a team and with you being at the top.

This is genuinely a great opportunity for a current Director / Senior Director to continually specialise and grow within the sector you are known for already in the market.
