M&A Manager / Senior Manager - Yorkshire

Our Corporate Finance recruitment team have partnered with an M&A / Corporate Finance boutique in the Yorkshire area. This boutique are known to have a strong reputation for completing a variety of acquisitions, disposals and fundraising within the small to mid-market space.

The team are in need of an experienced M&A professional who is at the Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager grade with a minimum of 3 years M&A Lead Advisory experience.

You will be responsible for running deals from origination to completion as well as being incentivised to originate your own work and bring new business into the firm. As a professional at the managerial grade you would have the responsibility to mentor more junior employees as well as leading pitch presentations, building and reviewing complex financial models as well as attending networking events.

To be suitable for this role you will need to have had direct M&A experience from another corporate finance boutique, accounting firm or mid-market investment bank.

This firm are in a position to hire and have completed a number of deals throughout lockdown.
