M&A Associate Director / Director
A fantastic M&A lead advisory Associate Director or Director position has arisen in the West Midlands region with a successful and growing mid-market M&A focused team. The team is in need of an experienced professional to help grow the execution and origination capabilities across a wide range of sectors.
As an M&A Associate Director or Director, you will be responsible for leading the execution of transactions, preparing the crucial documentation for acquisitions, disposals, and fund-raising deals. As well as this you will have a key role in leading the team's business development activities, winning new work and taking part in the preparation of pitch documents. On the more technical side, you will review and analyse various complex financial models. Taking on the responsibility of an Associate Director / Director position it will be vital to assist in the coaching and training of junior colleagues as well as networking with internal and external stakeholders.
In order for you to be suitable for this position you will:
- Have a minimum 5+ years M&A lead advisory experience, preferably within the mid-market space
- Have completed a variety of M&A transactions both on the sell-side and buy-side, as well as fund-raising deals.
- Be ACA qualified, or equivalent, with a minimum 3+ years post qualified experience
- Currently be an experienced Manager or already an Associate Director with a wealth of managerial experience in coaching and training
