If you are an experienced Legal Secretary who has a background in Dispute Resolution and are looking for a new contract, then you are in luck!

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a truly progressive and forward-thinking law firm, based in stunning offices in the City. This Legal Secretary role will be supporting a fantastic team who are at the top of their game. This Legal Secretary role is offered on a 9-month contract basis with an immediate start. The role will include:

• Diary management for fee earners
• Booking meetings, video/conference calls, client lunches and dinners
• Inbox management
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Amending and formatting documents, production of small documents and client letters/correspondence
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
• Updating CRM system
• Processing expenses
• Liaison with internal teams to coordinate work

This Legal Secretary role will suit a candidate with solid previous experience gained in a Legal firm supporting a busy team. The successful candidate will also need:

• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Previous experience of supporting a team within a legal environment
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to commit to a 9-month contract role
• Flexible and adaptable approach
